Pathfinder Awards
The Governor and the Office of Victims' Services annually recognize individuals and a program that provides outstanding services to victims of crime in Pennsylvania. A Governor's Victim Service Pathfinder Award is the most prestigious award that Pennsylvania gives to a victim service professional or program.

Nomination Information
The award may be presented to one program and up to seven individuals who have made notable contributions to the program for which they work, the community they serve, or the field of victim services. If you know of an agency, a program within an agency, or an individual who has made notable contributions and meets the necessary criteria and eligibility, please consider submitting an award nomination on behalf of that agency, program, or person. The selection process for recipients of the Governor's Victim Service Pathfinder Award is highly competitive. Therefore, to be considered, each nomination must meet the criteria and eligibility exactly as outlined.
