2016 CIC Hall of Leaders/Pacesetters Review

Deadline: All submissions must be finalized by 5PM (EST) on March 17th, 2017.

ELIGIBILITY OF NOMINEES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE NOMINATOR

Candidates need not be members of the Convention Industry Council’s member organizations.
Hall of Leaders candidates may be nominated posthumously.
The Convention Industry Council itself, through its Board of Directors, may nominate a candidate.
Corporations or organizations are limited to one nomination per year.
A separte nomination form must be completed for each specific category for which a candidate is being nominated.
Induction into the Hall of Leaders shall not be limited to the members of the Convention Industry Council’s member organizations, but may be given to anyone who makes a meaningful contribution to the industry.

All nominations must include the following:

Current professional photograph of the nominee in electronic format (high-resolution .jpeg).
Nomination essay (please read criteria)
No more than three letters of support for the nominee. Each letter should be concise and provide at least one concrete example of how the nominee meets the criteria listed below. General accolades do not provide the Selection Committee with the specific information needed to assess the application. However, nominations from non-CIC member organizations must include a letter of support from one of its members.
Thorough Biography/Career Summary of the nominee.
